For more than 30 years the mission of the B Street School Tour has been to provide entertainment to children while encouraging in them a love for the theatre and a specific appreciation for the art of playwriting. B Street Theatre performs 12 times per week, 38 weeks per year in schools, hospitals and public places reaching approximately 200,000 children annually. The performances are a great way to introduce children to live theatre by expressing the art of telling stories on stage.

Testimonials

Loved it! The students are always engaged. You do a great job! Can’t wait until next year. Thanks for all your hard work!
2nd Grade teacher, Whitney Avenue Elementary, Sacramento (San Juan USD)

THANK YOU so much for the incredibly entertaining, educational, and creative play for our students! As always, it is a highlight of our year, and we get so excited anticipating your arrival.
1st Grade teacher, Albert Michelson Elementary, Vallecito Union School District

Your performances never cease to entertain and enlighten the minds of our students, and this year’s performance rose to our expectations, yet again. In my three years at this school, the assemblies for B Street performances are the best and most enjoyed by students. The students talk about them after the fact and cherish the shared experience with their peers.
1st Grade teacher, Cordova Villa Elementary, Rancho Cordova USD

My fourth graders were enthralled. 45 minutes is a long time to sit on the floor, and I saw nary a twitch. They were completely engaged. They gasped, they giggled, and they laughed out loud.
4th Grade teacher, Nichols School, Lodi USD
