LET THE EAGLE FLY
LET THE EAGLE FLY is a harrowing tale about the legacy of Cesar Chavez and the courage it takes to improve the lives of others in our community.
Before he was a civil rights leader, Cesar Chavez was an agricultural laborer in the central California farming industry and struggled to overcome extreme poverty, racism, and classist inequalities. Due to these experiences, Chavez became a prominent activist and co-founded the organization that would become the United Farm Workers (UFW) labor union.
LET THE EAGLE FLY brilliantly utilizes music, song, and dance to illustrate Chavez's mission to improve the lives of the Latin Americans and other immigrants less fortunate in his community.
