FALL CLASSES 2024

SEPTEMBER 21 – NOVEMBER 9

In this fast-paced and engaging class, Junior performers learn simple theatre games & exercises. We’ll also do some singing, dancing, and arts & crafts.

COST: $325 for one child $600 for 2 children.

TEENS IMPROVISATION & THEATRE GAMES

With Jessilee Windhaus

Through theatre games and storytelling exercises, this fun-filled class is an exploration of the fundamentals and finer points of improvisation!

A life-long resident of Sacramento, Jessilee Windhaus (she/they) brings over two decades of expertise in theatre and improv education and leadership. She holds a BA in Theatre from CSUS and is the Co-Founder and former Improv Program Director of Empire Arts Collective and the Founder of That Plus Chips live sketch and improv comedy troupe. Locally, Jessilee has performed at Sacramento Comedy Spot, STAB! Comedy, and ComedySportz Sacramento, where she served as the Director of the High School League program. She has trained with Upright Citizen’s Brigade and The Groundlings and mentored young actors nationwide as a Tour Actor/Director with Missoula Children’s Theatre. In addition to B Street, she currently works as an improv instructor and producer for Windhaus Improv, including serving as the director and coach of the improv group Sharks Barksley.
